Meet Your Instructors

Cassidy Kuchenbecker, MS

Cassidy has been assessing buildings since 2003 following completion of a Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, immunology, and chemistry. His first 7 years in the industry was at an engineering and industrial hygiene consulting company where we was trained by a diverse group of professionals. During this time we also went back to graduate school and crafted a Master’s degree program and thesis research that was specific to understanding how people react to indoor contaminants.

Tracey Schultz, MSM

Tracey has been assessing buildings and educating clients in the realm of indoor environments and sensitivities since 2010. Being an environmentally-sensitive person herself, she focuses her writings and educational videos on tackling the human side of addressing problem environments.

Zachary Rasmann

Zach brings an unique pairing of experiences to his writings and educational material. He has collegiate education in science and psychology and meaningful work experience in property management. Of our team, he is the most versed in the evolving understanding of neuroplasticity and limbic remodeling, polyvagal theory, and the interconnectedness of the immune and nervous systems.

Paul Gosh

Paul has a diverse assessment experience since starting in this industry in 2011. After completing thousands of assessments, we went back to college for a degree in scientific writing and user experience. He cares deeply about both excellency in consulting and how to effectively communicate with clients and other professionals to ensure a smooth resolution.
